Properties & Advantages
It is a thermoplastic material & is softened to their working consistency by immersion in hot water. The main properties and advantages are:
- Soften at lower temperature 55-60 C.
- While in mouth, the mass (compound) cool to a rigid, at mouth temperature, with in stipulated time of 2 minutes, with slight flexibility (rubber like).
- Easily removed from undercut area.
